Neatly Seated - Terms of Business A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your chosen date. The deposit will only be requested after the venue has been visited to ascertain which chair covers are required and a personal consultation has taken place. Full payment is due two weeks before the event together with £100 returnable deposit. This will be returned immediately after hired items have been collected, counted and checked for damage. Any damaged or missing items (usually sashes as people tend to wrap them round their heads etc later in the evening) will be charged at double their hire cost i.e. a sash £1. We have full public liability insurance (some venues insist). If the DIY option is chosen you will receive the package a number of days before the event and it will be collected the day after. If the Full Set Up option is chosen the venue decoration will take place either the night before or the morning of the event depending on venues arrangements Any questions please dont hesitate to contact us.
